My mom had a terrible experience at a hair salon and wanted to have a balayage done... after 7 hours of trying to give her what she wanted she finally asked her to just dye it back to her natural color of brown. She left crying with jet BLACK hair and she was destroyed. She called me distraught and I got her in with Shelby for a last minute hair emergency and it turned out even better than I expected and my mom is just blown away with how amazing her hair looks!!! I contacted Ashley at Styld Hair Salon after a friend shared her positive hair experience. The truth is, I was desperate, my hair which was supposed to be balayage was chunky and turning into a nice copper orange... yuck (note: just because you're in a fancy, overpriced, Pittsburgh salon doesn't mean they do good work). So I contacted Ashley and explained my situation, she listened for about 15 minutes before even touching my hair. She explained everything she would do to my hair in a way that I could understand and then the magic began. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and confident that they could fix the mop on my head. Needless to say, I was over the moon happy when it was done. Now here we are, 2 months later, and I'm still getting multiple compliments per week. "Your hair actually looks like a real natural balayage, where did you get it done?" -stranger at the post office Ashley is a true magician and I will 1,000% be back to Styld Hair Salon.
