The gel polish I got for my pedicure stayed on and looked great for over two months. I would like it if they scrubbed the bottom of my feet better but I'll make sure of that next time.
Anna's nails is open. Very kind service, reasonable prices with nice color selection. Only two people working so I recommend calling to make an appointment. My gel nails only lasted two weeks.
Anna is very mean and rude. I have gone there many times and she had been a little bit weird a could times but this last time was the last straw for me. She yelled at me and said she could not do what I wanted on my nails. She said she had no time. When I confronted her back and said I can't believe you are being so rude, she completely ignored me. She gave me the silent treatment until I walked out!! I have never been treated this way by a nail tech ever!!! I've heard around town she has been rude to multiple people
My 17 year old daughter went there this afternoon for her homecoming Mani/Pedi. The tech was rude and only mumbled, but got impatient when my daughter asked her to repeat what she said. I had given her enough cash to cover the services and a tip. She asked the tech to use a little acrylic to fix one damaged nail, and the tech ended up putting some on every nail without her consent. So, she ran up the bill and there was nothing left for a tip. I hope she learned her lesson. And even my teenager noticed that their cleanliness was not up to par. Will not go there again.
I think Anna does a better job than anyone in the Wash area. It's a shame that at my last appointment for a fill she received a phone call with some guy yelling at her while I was in the pedicure chair that she became grouchy. After my pedicure I was next to her station while another guy was doing my fill. First I told him what a great job he always does, and then kindly asked him to just make sure he got as close to my cuticle as he could. I have a thing about that, it's no big deal. Well, after I said that Anna spoke up and said "if you don't like job I do then you no come back!". I couldn't believe that she was talking to me that way, my jaw was literally hanging open. I explained to her that I had very politely asked him that, and that now she was very rudely speaking to me, but then she began talking to her client about it, pleading her case to this poor woman who clearly felt very uncomfortable about the whole thing, saying things like "I don't care and you don't think I do good job you go somewhere else!" I was floored. I calmly waited until everything was finished and walk back to tip the pedicure guy, as I walk past and a station, I spoke to her and said "I think that you owe me an apology Anna, I did not speak to you rudely and I've been coming here for quite a while and have never had a problem". She had plenty of time to speak up as I made my way to the door. It was unfortunate as I had also brought my stepdaughter with me so she was actually losing two customers instead of one. She stated during her mini rant that she did not care about that and I said "obviously you don't". So now I will be going back to the salon I went to before her, it's $5 more expensive at Devine, but I don't think anyone would ever speak that way to me about OCD'ing my cuticles
