I was in town visiting family and decided to get my nails done so I went to PHB Nails & Spa. Audrey did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. She took her time and my nails and feet look pretty and feel great. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. If you need your nails and pedicure, definitely visit PHB Nails & Spa and ask for Audrey!
Everyone there is so nice. Sometimes I feel very important, because if it's not too busy, while I get my pedicure another technician starts my nails. It's a very nice and fun environment.
Clean atmosphere, no music or tv playing, massage chairs were nice. 1st time 1 younger lady asked to upgrade me to a callous removal, when I don't have any and don't want super dogs les anyway. She seemed passive aggressive and when she did my foot scrub she didn't use any pressure what do ever. The next time I went and had a different lady, and she did a great job, but called 1 hour ahead to make an appointment for 3 of us that they were 30 minutes late for 2 of us and 45 minutes late for the 3rd person, which they could've mentioned something on the call and didn't. Which means they still took new walk ins, even though they were expecting us. Overall, the work is good.
Do not go here for wax services! I paid to have my upper lip waxed. Poor job hair still on my lip. 1. You're wearing a mask, great. You pull it down to blow on the wooden stick to cool, horrible. 2. You don't get a new stick each time you place wax on my lip. 3. I ask you about it you state I used a new stick when I began your wax. A new stick for each customer. You must use a new stick each time you dip. 4. Unsanitary please do not visit these salon for wax services. She finishes steps out the room speaks in her native language to share what I said about the service.
This is my go to nail salon. I like to get different designs done and Elaine is always amazing! She's super creative and is able to produce something on the fly. The salon is very clean and I've had great experiences when I've done pedicures too. These ladies work their tails off and always do a fabulous job. Provided a pic of my most recent Halloween nails-they're so spooky and stylish!
