went for pedicures - it was ok. biggest complaint is they REQUIRE cash for tips. no where does it say that (front door/internet). when I had to gather what cash I had - the lady was very disgruntled. I was a couple dollars shy of my regular tipping but she seemed very put out. will not be returning.
Came in with my 5 year old for a girls day, they weren't rude or anything but the guy who did my nails didn't speak to me at all. The massage was barely a touch. The woman who did my daughter's pedicure and mani was super nice and made sure my daughter got the full experience. Now my 3 stars comes from the fact that my nails are nothing like what I asked for, the shape is terrible and uneven the color is wrong, the clear nails aren't clear and some are way too thick. I didn't have time to complain because I needed to leave but I feel like if your job is to do nails then you should at least be able to get the shape right.
Honestly I came back the same day to repair my nail polish but the man likes to degrade woman and flirt with them any chance he gets and disrespects me. So I left because I don't tolerate a man who think he is boss of a NAIL SALON when the woman works hard while he works less HA! So I just walked out because who tolerates disrespect I would rather pay money for him to fix my nail than him scolding me . If I could give a 0 stars I would ! He got upset over something so so small . I personally would never give them bussiness again!
The staff is very personable and do such a great job on anything you ask for. They squeezed me in, in a pinch and were so courteous about this shor notice.
I've been going to CT Nails for 6 years and have had nothing but great service. Anytime my nails have chipped because of my work, Henry always makes sure he makes the dip stronger to sustain what I put my hands through. Henry and Kristy are the sweetest and most accommodating. Even when my father passed, they did something special for me just to share their condolences when a simple I'm sorry for your loss would have been sufficient. I love going to CT Nails and would drive to their salon even if we move.
