Studio Style & Spa in Forest, VA

Since I am fairly new here, I had a hard time looking for someone to wax me, but am so thankful to have known Maura. She did my full leg and Brazilian wax and really took her time. She left no hair behind. In the past, when a waxing specialist would wax me, she would say something like "time is up! I can't wait to leave as I can't wait to see my kiddo", but Maura isn't like that and she's also a parent. She made sure that I get my money's worth. This place is also clean. I got my bangs done here as well for only $10 and the result was beyond impressive. Just the way I like it.Highly recommend this place!

Everyday I hate my haircut more! Very over priced for a poor haircut. Vibe is good don't be fooled. And bottom line they don't care

I went to the studio and spa on Thomas Jefferson in Forest Virginia. To have my hair trimmed, the young girl that chopped on my hair did not trim the ends. She chopped it up on one side. It was not even in the front it was not even in the back. There was one big chop place on the right side of my head that was close to the scalp. It was a mess she blew it dry, so I couldn't see it well enough until I got home. I called the salon, and they refused to give my money back, and they refused to let me come in and let another stylist try to fix it. they wanted me to come in and let the same girl try to fix it. She had done enough damage I would never go there again. The receptionist was very rude and just kept repeating that their policy said the same person who chopped it would have to fix my hair. Why would I let Karsen chop it up more. If she knew what she was doing, it wouldn't be chopped in the first place. They don't care what people they hire they sure are not experienced in cutting hair. I will never go there again. Their experience for cutting hair really sucks.

I saw EMMA SEAY at Studio Style and Spa. I was very disappointed with my haircut! When I arrived home from my haircut, my husband took a picture for me to see. My hair was chopped as if a novice had cut it. I returned to the hair studio the next business day, and Emma was unhappy to see me. Emma told me I had to pay full price for any touch-ups. Needless to say, I no longer see Emma Seay, as I have found an amazing hairdresser that knows how to cut short hair.

I got a great haircut and root cover up today from Grace. She listened carefully to my preferences and offered some helpful suggestions. She let me check the cut to confirm my satisfaction. Very pleased!
