Tips & Toes Nail Salon,LLC in Forest, VA

We'll, I thought treating myself to a manicure would be a great idea! Unfortunately, I spent an hour and a half to have my nails done. Not only the time factor, my nails were a mess. The owner was working between me and another woman, making both of us sitting there waiting. I think she was more concerned about $$$$$ than servicing her clients in a timely manner. The really bad thing is my nails were a mess, and yes like an idiot I paid her. Take a look and you decide. Won't be going back EVER!

Zero stars if I could! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The owner is rude! Took over two hours to do my nails, too coat rubbed off before I even left, they tried to fix. I went home and washed my hands and ruined more. Called to have a refund. Owner is rude, demeaning, and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and zero customer service! NEVER GO HERE! Save your money and time!

Highly recommend going to see Jenni! She's super sweet, incredibly professional, and takes her time when doing your nails. You're not going to feel rushed out as they are extremely thorough. I've been to just about every salon in the Lynchburg area and this one is by far my favorite I've been to! (Extra points for having an adorable pitbull greet you at the door)

Let me start by saying this is one of the cutest spas in Lynchburg/Forest. I had it on my agenda to try for quite some time but could never get an appointment. I scheduled the class pedicure. When my pedicure is started, the lady goes around the cuticles of my toes. On one foot, when going around, she cut my toe. Let me say, I have been to numerous nail salons in Lynchburg, Richmond, and Charlottesville and never been cut on my toe. As the bleeding continues, she asked me if I drank last night as that could be the reason why it's not bleeding. The answer was no. The bleeding doesn't stop and she then asked me if it was cut before I came in. The answer again was no. She also saw my feet when I took my shoes off and there was no bleeding. She asked me again about the drinking the night before and if I was diabetic. At this point with the continued bleeding, I did not want to put paint over top so didn't get my toes painted. When I checked out, I was charged full price. I asked her why was it full price when my toes weren't painted and she told me the color wasn't included in the price, similar to if you swap out mushrooms for something else at a restaurant. I left with no paint on my toes and a bandaid due to something that took place here. I do not recommend.

This salon was absolutely amazing. The customer service was phenomenal & my nails turned out AMAZING!!!!! I've been to many nail salons in the Lynchburg/Forest area and this salon tops them all.
