Alanah is amazing!! She says she loves doing blond, and she REALLY knows what she is doing. Her appointment system was easy and got me in the chair much quicker than I expected. She is personable and a very saavy business entrepreneur. I"m very excited, "we clicked," which is a bigger part of the equation. If you are not able to have good communication with your stylist, you are not going to get the results you hope for. She is great at asking the right questions to get to the root of what you hope to achieve with your new look. Blond seems like it would be easy to go anywhere to get. Trust me, it's not. In the past 7 yrs, I've had my hair fried 2 times. I've ended up slightly peach, pink, purple, periwinkle , or yellowing. Alanah was able to even out my color and blend in my color without damaging my hair. My hair looks very natural and healthy. Alanah is my new "go-to."
I was visiting Phoenix and I needed my roots doing. After reading reviews I chose this hair studio. I definitely made the right choice. I was very happy with my color and if I lived here Alanah would definitely be my go to person.
Changed my mind on being a potential new client. I had to cancel a next day appt. due (via on line) to an out of town emergency and the scheduled hair stylist, Alanah Nicole response as below. On Thu, Apr 27, 2023 at 1:21PM Alanah Nicole wrote: "There is a cancelation fee for last minute cancellations. Did you have a reason for canceling?" Great way to welcome a potential new customer! Never had any professional stylist charge me a cancellation fee for any reason. I suppose you didn't look up to see if I even existed in your data base to even have the resource to charge me a cancellation fee. Thanks for your understanding and great customer service. Once I return to AZ I will take my business elsewhere.
