My hairdresser was over 10 minutes late to my set appointment, while I was waiting the receptionist offered me a drink and I requested hot tea, which I never got. In the washroom, the music kept skipping making for a very unpleasant experience. My complimentary scalp massage didn't even last a full minute. My stylist didn't even style my hair as requested, I wanted beach waves, and she rushed my time by only using a blow dryer to style, even when I asked for a curling iron to be used. I've been coming to Studio B for over 13 years, and this was the worst experience I've had. The quality has plummeted and I don't know if I will be scheduling another haircut.
Haley was AMAZING! It was my first visit with her and she was so sweet and did a fabulous job on my hair. I did like that she didn't push me to buy any products, because in the past I have, for the most part, bought a product because I felt guilty. I understand it may be good to sell product, however, I liked that she didn't do that. While she was doing my haircut she explained to me all the products, but I never felt like I needed to buy them. I will be back to see Haley!
Payton is so fun and knowledgeable. She offers her suggestions and listens to you as well. Just a very skilled stylist. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
