I should have listened to other reviewers who've said that Juan has no respect for clients' time. I made an appointment with him and repeated the time and the date of the appointment three times during our conversation, and he confirmed it everytime. On the day of my appointment, I drove 40min round trip only to hear his lies about my appointment being for another day!!! Not only he was not even slightly sorry and didn't apologize, but he also was rude and unreasonable enough to blame me for seeing this as a problem!!! I walked out and will never go back here again, nor recommending anyone with self-respect to do so.

I have only been there twice and both times I had great haircut, and excellent customer service.

I arrived asking for blond highlights, She said she would also color my roots because they were grey. But look what she did!!! The blond is my BEFORE photo, how I looked when I arrived. The very dark hair photo is my AFTER photo!

Came in for a balayage refresh, left with a burned scalp, damaged hair, and an orange top. Soroya had a male employee helping her, he colored my roots, slabbing on the chemicals directly to my scalp which was incredibly painful. The color they chose for the roots (which I was not asked what my preference was) was 3x lighter than my natural hair color. It came out orange and blotchy. Even though I was just bringing back up a 7 month old balayage, they bleached everything leading to my already bleached hair to become over processed and incredibly damaged. Due to the salon lighting and me just wanting to get the hell out of their after having my scalp burned off I didn't realize how dirty they did me. Soroya told me purple shampoo would even things out. They do not honor the 10% off any service offer from Yelp. When I went home my scalp had welts and was forming scabs. In natural light you could see the orange, as well as banding of my natural dark brown followed by the balayage. My hair was brassy with so many different colors and areas of splotchiness. Some was white, some yellow, some orange. What was supposed to be a New Years/birthday refresh ended up with me looking like a part zebra/tiger. I couldn't even stand to look in the mirror. Purple shampoo did not do anything. After a few weeks of tolerating the disasterous hair do (I resorted to wearing a hat or keeping my hair tied up in a bun), I went to another salon and they were able to give me a nicely melted dark brown shadow root and toned everything to even it out and remove the brassiness. On the plus side I found a new salon.

Letty is an amazing stylist love her service and recommendations. I went in to the salon for a lighter copper shade to continue building my hair to my desire look and a haircut ‍. The staff at this location are all very friendly and experienced at so many levels. Been to this location many times in the past and it's always a great outcome. Highly recommend.
