I got my curly cut done by Lilly in September and loved it. She was very knowledgeable about curly hair. Everything I asked for, she was able to do.
I went to get my hair done by Lilly on Wednesday and let's just say she needs more schooling. When I first got there , there was an oily leak from the roof dripping down so that was not good at all . I asked for blonde highlights and a light base and I received chocolate base and beige highlights looking like a skunk;(. She said she is to afraid to go light as it may turn orange .WHAT? Well she wouldn't give me my money back and she kept repeating herself that she just wasn't knowledgeable about coloring . Please stay away from this place . All the women just gossip about previous clients and it's very unprofessional! Please save your money and look for very well trained hairstylists. THIS AINT IT! Look for diversity as well because this is a white salon full of Karen's !
