For the last 8 months, I've been looking for a hair stylist that would give me a good hair cut for a reasonable price. I found what I was looking for at Studio 101. Diane listen to me regarding the style I wanted. She asked to look at pics of me with the hairstyle I wanted. Diane made it happen. Finally, I found a hairstylist that knows how to cut my hair perfectly. I will definitely go back to Diane.
Stay clear of this place! I made an appointment with Myia to take two professional headshots over the weekend. I was coming straight from work so my husband prepaid her. She charged him $75 for a wash and style plus he gave her an $8 tip. When I cancelled the appointment, complaining about her charging me almost double from what we had agreed, she said she'd refund my money. She took $25 out of my refund for some bogus cancelation fee! She is disrespectful and unprofessional. They do not display prices and basically use that to their advantage! Not at all a good place and definitely not worth $75 for a wash and style. Definitely check with the Better Business Bureau and the County Courts before visiting this place!
William greeted me with a friendly smile when I walked in and told me to have a seat that Diane would be with me as soon as she was done with her last customer. Diane was so very nice and listened to all my needs and did exactly as I asked. She washed, cut, and styled my hair for a dinner I had with friends that night!! She was so funny and told me some great stories to make me feel comfortable. She really knows how to engage her customers. I will definitely be back!
