Never, Never, NEVER buy a car from here. This place should have been closed down years ago. We bought my fiancé's 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them in Sept 2014. Before we even made our first payment, the transmission went. There was a leak when we bought it that they were aware of but ignored. When we took it back to them to find out why it wouldn't shift, they reset the check engine light and said it should be fine. When we took it to the shop for a second opinion, they said it was bone dry and it had been that way since we bought it. Of course we had to argue to get Lucky's to pay for that. They never offered us a warranty, go figure. Then after owning it for 3 months, we decided to put new tires on it and it needed a new muffler. Of course these were bad when we bought it but knew we were kind of dealing with a scumbag so we opted to just pay for these ourselves. While getting this done, we were told our rotors and brakes were also horrible, and had been that way since before we bought the jeep. So we kiss over $1000 goodbye on a $10,000 jeep and now the transmission is acting up again. The owner is an absolute CROOK! Take your money and buy from anywhere else. Their cars are junk, and most of them are death traps.
