This salon has shitty customer service. I tried to make a hair appointment with Denise and she replied once a day and then completely stopped replying. Then I called to make an appointment and the lady said that "Sharon" was going to book an appointment with me but hasn't even tried contacting me. I'm so disappointed with the quality of customer service they have with new clients. I understand they get busy, but honey we all do. They should at least have the decency to reply that their busy or to go into the salon and talk to them directly instead of just leaving me on read. If anyone is trying to get their hair done here, don't even bother.
