I want y'all to know that I showed Savannah pictures of what I wanted and specifically asked her for to cut my hair with a razor. Both pictures I showed her were shoulder length, she cut above the shoulder. Halfway through I asked her if she was going to use a razor and she said she doesn't do razor cuts. I specifically ASKED for it to be done with a razor. When she was done it was actually atrocious. Donna has to fix it, it looks better than it did but it's much shorter than I wanted. She should've told me she didn't do razor cuts, I would've immediately asked to make an appointment with someone else. I have been here multiple times before and have asked for my hair to be done the same way everytime. The first two pictures are the reference photos, the last photo is what I got. I'm stuck on the fact that all my hair is gone and it would've never happened if she said she can't cut it the way I specifically asked. They also keep deleting my negative review!! Update: the salon called my aunt and told her I had to delete my negative review because Savannah's friends were going to harass me on here. How childish.
My stylist is Brittany and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I've been seeing her for about a year now and I will never go to anyone else ever again hopefully. She is very talented with coloring and cutting. Very professional and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend seeing her!!
