Very unsatisfied they charge me $130 for pedicure which I paid $55 for the special pedicure and a fill and two replace two nails. The pedicure took extremely long 1 hour and 10 mins the girl was new didn't know what she was doing she didn't know how to use the " cheese grater " to remove the calluses off my feet. I told her to do it a little harder she didn't, still calluses on the bottom of my feet. Then here comes a boy to do the paint of my nails and then the owners wife to do the fill, so of course it's over $130 including the tip for each person. I told her the last time I got a full set and special pedicure it cost me $120. I get the basic white tips for my full set French nails and white gel on my toes. Owners wife insisted that she forgot to charge me 20 extra for my gel last time. She had to take it from her pocket ?? So you EXTRA CHARGE ME. When you did my full set and pedicure last time. That's doesn't even make any sense !!! Oh and I paid $50 cash and the rest card and she pockets the $50 Cash along with her tip. Very outrageous and WRONG ON HER PART. I've been going here for a while and my family comes here. Very Disappointing of how people can really be, if you had a bad day don't take it out on your customers And CHARGE EXTRA.
Came here as a group to get out nails done for a wedding. During one pedicure, a bridesmaid's toe was cut very deeply. She was bleeding for an hour, and we had to go buy extra first aid. Now she may not be able to wear her heels for the wedding tomorrow. 50% off her pedicure. Should have been comped. Edit to update: my $38 GEL manicure lasted two days! Don't waste your time.

Owner/Manager stands out front and smokes cigarettes with front door wide open allowing nasty cigarette smoke to billow into the salon. So tasteless and tacky. Get tired of them talking in their native language while providing service to others - so rude and disrespectful. The entire place is so unprofessional and half-ass. Not the JJ's of years gone by. Don't waste your money or time.
