ST Nail Spa in Clarksville, TN

Do NOT GO HERE!! You will get a fungus. I received a dip manicure. I noticed a dark spot underneath my nail. Didn't think much of it. Then my dip came off two weeks later and this is what was underneath. Now I have to pay for a prescription just to get rid of the fungus.  This place is dirty.  DO NOT GO!!

I give zero stars. I walked in for a pedicure and a manicure. They were only able to do the pedicure. It was horrible. The girl that did my pedicure cut my toe nails down and didn't care to file them. They are horrible. The girl kept asking me where I'm from.  I guess if you aren't from here they do you any kind of way. It was so bad they had to put a fake nail on my toenails just to give it a nail. Keep in mind I came in with toenails. I haven't had a manicure about a month. Then the girl that fixed it said she don't do feet only hands. Don't waste your money.  I paid but the service should have been free. What's wrong with people doing what they are paid to do. They might be prejudiced. These people don't need any African American dollars.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!  A few months ago I would have sworn by this nail spa; however, after my visit this morning, I will no longer patronize this establishment.  I am a huge energy person and the vibes weren't inviting as they mistreat their customers. The owner, Thuong was very rude and dismissive when I introduced myself stating I have an appointment with tech, Leahn for a full set. The owner tells me I am receiving a full set and a pedicure to which I corrected her stating, "no pedicure today but I am getting a full set."  She then signals for me to sit with another tech as she told her I'm needing a fullset. I noticed Leahn isn't there, nor is the assigned tech Leahn and asked if she was working today, the owner in a defensive and condescending tone states she is on vacation. Mind you, I called a week ago and schedule an appointment requesting service with Leahn multiple times and never did the owner say she wasn't available. Then, she proceeds to tell me  I never asked to be serviced by Leahan because she would have told me she is out on vacation. I informed her that I'm absolutely sure I asked for her when I called and the fact that I'm asking where she was now is  confirmation alone that she didn't communicate that via phone. How disrespectful to insinuate I was lying when she clearly was the untruthful one. The fact that she was so sure I never asked for Leahn and got my services incorrect, insisting I asked for a full set and pedicure to which I never asked for a pedi speaks to the likelihood that she is prone to error and lies. Common sense proves that I would have scheduled with her when she returned if that was the case. My fullset was okay, at best done by tech at table #5. She was just as abrasive and condescending asking me what kind of designed I wanted multiple times while I asked to see the colors because I typically get an accent nail. She mentions several times she doesn't do designs and someone else would have to do it, likely the owner to which I chose not to get a design. I responded curtly to her as she and the owner spoke in their native tongue as she was rushing me as I was looking for a color. The tech seemed annoyed that I asked she reshape the right nails again because she took her time on the left hand and not on the right and the acrylics felt heavy and were noticeably thicker than the left hand. Then when applying the polish, she was shaking so much, the polish is thick and unevenly applied on my nails. I will be disputing this  charge with my bank, retracted my previous review and will no longer refer others to this spa as I value quality service, professional treatment, integrity and competency.

I can definitely appreciate walking in on a Friday and not being overwhelmed by the smell of acetone. They were full but got me in within the 10 mins quoted. They wrapped my dip nails instead of soaking, I hate when places soak them so this was a plus for me. Overall my feet look nice but I keep them up so they weren't some giant undertaking. The massage could've been better. My dip nails look decent now, but the real test is what they look like in two weeks. It's nice the metal implements are in sanitized bags but the files are not which is kinda skeevy. And I don't love that they use gel topcoat. UV is not needed with dip nails. But everything looks nice and it was fairly relaxing.

Everything was perfect manicure and my pedicure. I paid $69 for both. Not bad the ladies took their time and never rushed me.
