Sport Clips Haircuts of Sundial Plaza in North Myrtle Beach, SC

Generally, people run to yelp and google to leave a review when something is wrong. That is not what I am here to do. Mrs. Patty at the North Myrtle Beach location is the nicest person to have ever cut my hair and is extremely talented. It is rare to meet someone as humble and kind as Mrs. Patty. She should be commended today and everyday for her work and love for cutting hair. I truly appreciate your kindness to me and your staff while I was receiving my haircut. It does not go unnoticed!

My son and I got haircuts here today while on vacation.  I had Elizabeth and he had Shannon.  Both of us were very happy with our cuts today.  

There are TVs at each barber staton, they always have sports on whether it be a game, fight (UFC), or some talking heads going over highlights.  

No matter what your style is, I'm pretty sure they can make it happen here for you.  I have a more classic cut that starts at a 2, keep a low fade up to where I ask for "a little off the top", and I part to one side.  My son keeps it long on top, keeps a 1 around the sides about midway up and the combs the long part back.  We have a Family photo to get to, so we both went with the MVP to wash out the loose hair.  

We came on a Saturday, just after 1pm.  There were four barbers available, we had about a 45 minute wait (via the app) and then arrived in time for our cuts.  Service was great for a busy Saturday!  

This location is clean, gives a quality haircut, and has an awesome staff.

Horrified, so upset, my haircut was not even close to what I asked for and I showed a picture to the Barber what I normally have done which is a one Guard on the sides with a two guard on the top with a little bit of hair at the very front to allow me to spike my hair I got the absolute opposite where only one blade guard was used and made my hair almost completely bald showing where my scar from having surgery on my brain that I am very self-conscious of when I noticed that the hair was being taken very very short she blamed my instructions even though I had a picture on her mistake it was clear as day on the picture that I had longer hair and not visible to the skin do you to the fact of my scars I could not believe I was still forced to pay the full amount of the haircut not even a come back again on us or a free upgrade to the premium package haircut I've used sports clips for many years especially when I was in college in Fayetteville North Carolina that went to a different sports clips because I needed a haircut while I was at my beach house in north Myrtle Beach South Carolina...I am so upset that I don't know if I will ever be able to use sports clips again and I do not feel I will pay for a haircut that cost the amount I was charged after getting A haircut that was easily capable of doing myself with a pair of clippers as that is exactly what was done what should have usually taken 10 minutes when I go to sports clips took about two minutes and I did not even want to go out in public because I don't like being asked questions about my horrifying scars that bring up the terrible memories in the past that come along with them. I would feel a little more respect and remorse and be more forgiving if I had been shown a little bit more respect and understanding about how I was feeling after that was done to me but no remorse was shown as I said it was as if it was my fault and was told it will grow Back and "to wear a hat it will be less noticeable that way"

My wife and I went in for a haircut and the lady at the front desk had a real attitude and was acting like a mask Nazi. We have been going here for years, 5 family members... We won't be back. There was no reason for the attitude and rudeness. I hope the owner reads this and educates staff about being rude. We don't spend our money at places with a crap attiude towards paying customers, we found a new place 20 min later.

The last thing I want is that haircut remembered for future visits.  If you need a butchering, this is the place to go
