So. A couple of weeks ago, I came in and got a mani. All good, they were fast but didn't offer any fancy stuff. I suppose I could have asked. Fast forward to today, 12/28/2023. I bring in my husband and I to get pedis. I said I didn't want gel, regular color nail polish. Both my husband and I thought the gals doing the pedi were rough on our legs and feet during the scrub... but let me tell you what they are missing: DRYERS! For the first time in my life, I went to a nail salon on they didn't have DRYERS for my feet! The gal was like, "OK you're done." OK, cool. Where's the drying bar? Nope. But you can go. Bish, what? So here I am, waddling around the salon, outside in the parking lot in those salon flip-flops because I had been wearing boots. And one of the gals was like, "Oh yeah, you need to wait 2 or 3 hours for drying."
What? Why isn't there a drying bar? Wholly shit now what am I supposed to do. Also, why I was checking the toes and smugged it, and they had to fix it.
I asked about their lashes packages, and they were like, nope. You have to book an appointment. OK, fine. After the no drying and walking around like a penguin... I'm done. The nails are OK but I'm super disappointed at having to walk around with wet nails. I'll be looking for a different nail salon.
Terrible experience! Rude and obnoxious service. I came with better nails than I left with...very upsetting and overpriced!
I took my elderly mom for to get her natural cut and shaped up. They are not senior friendly. We had a male tech who half did the job and when I complained it did not get any better. He left her clearly broken nail attache. He was so sorry, he just painted over the broken nail. As expensive as they are the service should be much better. I would not not recommend them. Never again, I see why they weren't busy.
