Sport Clips Haircuts of Summerville - South in Summerville, SC

I have been to Sports Clips over 100 times, almost every week. Everything is normally great, very few times I ever didn't like something. This guy at the Dorchester location just jacked me all up on the price and the haircut that was asked for. He wanted to use foil shaver for the upsale. I told him directly I don't want to pay for that. He said I'll just charge you for the shampoo job. I didn't answer to say yes or no because he was kind of annoying. Did not shape a low drop fade right at all, went way too high because he had messed up on the bottom. He ended up using his short clippers, not foilers and then rang up MVP plus and a $12 charge for using foil shavers. Price came out extra high. He wasn't keeping the pricing above board.

Missed my appointment by a few minutes, (not their fault, a wreck on Dorchester just happened turning a 12 minute drive into a 45 minute drive) I told the lady at the front I just had an appointment a few minutes ago that got cancelled, she's said that okay I'll get you set back up. Yay! I was so frustrated from that traffic.

I wait about half an hour then finally ask why I haven't been called only to be informed I was put end of the list! I wish someone would have told me this instead of acting like they reinstated my appointment. So now the waiting time is over 90 minutes (!) . My 12 minute drive was now facing 2.5 hours before they would seat me. It was handled so poorly I can't even express my frustration properly. The lady said I could have called, which perhaps I should have, but talking on the phone in your car is why wrecks happen like the one who put me in traffic. Just let your customer know if this happens you put them at the end of the line for missing their appointment by a few minutes.

Or you know, just let them get a hair cut because no one else was in the store waiting. No one else was there waiting, I don't understand.

Wish I would've known about the app & I could've saved ourselves about an hour wait, but it was worth it. The hair cut my son got was very pleasing to me & him. It's been a long time since I've had someone cut his hair so great & I will definitely be recommending others here bc our salon stylist knew what she was doing & had great recommendations. Her name was Norwene. After his cut they gave him the complimentary wash & towel service which my son has never experienced & loved as well. Definitely recommend worthy

I am very disappointed in the haircut I received at sports clips. I had just got out of work and wanted to give it a try. After I got home I found many spots that were not cut. The top was not faded in and it looks like random spots were cut instead of blended in. I am very disappointed and will now have to find somewhere that can fix it. I was not charged correctly for the cut and ended up paying for a MVP when I got a basic haircut. I didn't realize there was a difference until I looked online as it was my first time at sports clips.
