Went in for a cut around 6:00 and the lady had a bad attitude. Felt rushed and even hurt my head. She didn't even put a guard on. She used the wrong thing and it felt rushed. Asked for a simple fade and first off didn't even turn out right. Last time I went the lady acted as if she didn't know how to do a fade. Smh, this is my hair that they are dealing with. They need to improve on their skills and their attitudes. I don't normally complain, but that's just uncalled for.
TAKES WAY TOO LONG! It's great when they are working efficiently but, just because the TV says a wait time doesn't mean it's true. We waited an hour for a "20 minute wait". This is not the first time either. Both locations are slow. I'm not impressed!
I have gone to a great clips a total of 3 times and each time is a completely new experience. The very first time I went to get my bangs trimmed, pretty simple right? Well the chick jacked them up like baby bangs about a solid inch from my eyebrows. I was appalled. The second time I went to a different one because yanno, maybe the person was just bad. So I went to a different one to get my hair cut and they messed that up to were it was jagged and crooked. This last time I went to ANOTHER one just to get my neck clean and my ears and side burns trimmed and these people who got their certification from a homeless person it seems, jacked my ears up so bad. They were crooked amd cut straight to were there were no rounded off point. Needless to say, they need tons more training.
This is my favorite place to have my hair cut in Macon. All of the employees are always friendly and welcoming, there is ESPN on every TV and, most important of all, it is kept immaculately clean. The employees make it a point to point out that the comb and scissors they use are sterilized. Whenever there is a wait, they are very accommodating and never leave you sitting without acknowledging you. Great service and great hair cuts. The MVP package is a nice touch, even though I don't get it every time due to time restrictions. I would suggest it after a long hard day. It's very relaxing.
