"You'll never have a second chance to create a first impression." I walked in yesterday at 5:30 p.m. and was not immediately greeted. There was only one other customer there. First thing I noticed was the music blasting. There is no problem with music but blasting in the nail salon is not what I was looking for. There was no one at the front desk to greet me but there was a young guy talking with one of the nail technicians there. He hesitantly walks up and asked what I needed and I said a pedicure. He then looked around and sighed and said there were only two workers there and if I can return another time. I said sure and as I was leaving he says, "See you tomorrow". If tomorrow is never then I guess I will.

Oh my! I chose 1 star because 1 had to be chosen! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1st of all you never asked if I wanted my nails cut and you cut my toenails without my consent! When I tell you, your response was that you can't glue them back on! Really?Then whomever was the manager there was playing with his cellphone and wouldn't even look at me in my face apologized to me while looking at his cellphone. I asked for the owner information and they would not give it to me. Ge threatened to call the police on me although I had already paid. I asked for the guys name and he wouldn't give that to me either. I said I wasn't coming back and he says that I'm the type of customer they don't want anyway. I definitely won't be back! NEVER AGAIN!

The new owner has staff that take advantage of teenage girls that come in for services. The nail tech sits there and add all this extra design but don't tell the girls this cost more than the average design until they are done. Then, the nails fall off after 2 days! The staff had a major attitude because my daughter requested a specific person to do her nails...which was also a mistake because she is the one who took advantage of my child. Old owners are gone. These new owners have staff with major attitudes!

Omg.. The owner is fine but the guy next to him needs to be fired. I went into to have a fill but he decided he was going to be ignorant and made my one hand shorter than the other. I should have ran out when the woman before me looked unhappy and she didnt give him a tip. I will never ever go to that salon again. He cost me more money than I should have had to spend because he made my one hand considerably shorter and the only way to fix it was to make the other hand short. I came in with medium long nails. The guy was sanding Happy. When he put oil on my cuticles I noticed that they where different lengths. I said can we make them even. He yelled at me saying you said you didnt want a cut down I said make them even he sand my left hand extremely short. The owner didnt know what to do and I said now I have to have them soaked off and out them back on. He was lost and looked helpless. I asked him what do I owe him he said nothing. I warn you if you decide to go there dont get the guy who sits in the second seat. He is a self absorbed child. He shouldn't be in customer service.

I went in to get a full set. It was my first one, so I didn't know what to expect. However, I had been to this establishment before and service was pretty nice. This time was a whole other story. Don was working on another client, so I guess it was his apprentice who started on me. He was very short when he spoke and asked me to pick a color. When I came back to sit down, he filed down my nails with an electric file and immediately started gluing on tips. Because it was my first time getting a set, when he asked what length I wanted, I asked for his input but I didn't want them to be too long. The length that I got for the coffin shape than I wanted was the shortest I could go, he said. I would've liked for them to be shorter. So he began cutting the tips and at that point, Don had finished handling the set he was doing on another employee. He then passed me off to Don, rather rudely, saying, "Don, come take over." Don came and did the acrylic. He used one bead per nail and he hand filed the "coffin shape." I wasn't very pleased with the shape. His service wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. Then he handed me back to his apprentice for polish. He said, " So it'll be 23." I was surprised because I thought it would be more, so I said," For the nails?" He said, very short and rudely, without looking me in the eye, "Yeah pay me now, 'cause you know." No, I didn't know. After he polished one hand, I pointed out a discrepancy with the shape on the other. He then set to fixing it, but he made it worse, so then he got another apprentice to fix it. She also made it worse, so finally another apprentice decides to try and help. She was the highlight of my visit. She was able to fix the shape of the individual nail, but because of the other apprentices she couldn't make it match the others. However, the shape that she achieved was more 'coffin' in my opinion. She finished my polish and continued to check on me for the rest of the visit. She nice and held a conversation with me. I tipped her, because she was the only tech in their with good customer service. I'm sad I didn't get her name. Overall, the services AND color selection were poor and I will not be returning.
