Great Clips in Knoxville, TN

The staff there are respectful, except the one I had today. I asked if I could show her a picture of what i wanted done. She said yes, so i did. And then in the middle of my hair cut she said that she couldn't. I said i wanted my hair to my eye brows and look how short it is.

I walked in tonight and was encountered with a 45 minute wait after I was told I was coming right back due to a white trash parade of online check ins.... I left. But I came back out of necessity, right before closing... the cute redhead got me in and cut my hair and did an amazing job! Plus the older lady offered comedic relief... awesome experience, can't wait to go back!

Have had my hair cut and donated at other Great Clips in Georgia with no issues. Previously donated 10 inches to CWHL and did not have to pay for a donation hair cut at Great Clips in GA. Today I paid $15 dollars for an uneven, inconsistent haircut (no military discount at this specific location, either). In some spots there are hairs that are 2+ inches longer than the rest. Last time I had my haircut at great clips they at least left my hair in hairties to send in for donation- this time they only put zipties at the top of the bundle. She cut off more hair than was needed (10 inches is all that I requested and when the bundles are measured they're well over 11 inches) and the hair isn't even presentable. It's just hair but the least they can do for a PAYING customer is give them an EVEN hair cut. Truly disappointed. Hopefully can receive a haircut voucher to get my hair fixed at a DIFFERENT Great Clips.

I guess I was pushing my luck. I have gone to Great Clips for the past couple of years. I have always gotten good hair cuts there. There has been a couple of times I have had to go back to get things "straightened" out. But, all and all, I have had a positive experiences there. Not today. I went for a hair cut, My usual. About an inch off and re layered. One cut and about 4 inches fell. OMG. I was praying, hoping she knew what she was doing. And she was a very nice person. But once the 4 inches were gone, well, she could not glue them back on. When I got home I looked in the mirror and cried. It is uneven, un layered and way to short to even think of going back to have it re cut. I foresee a lot of hat wearing in my future. Andxa serious reconsideration of who to trust with my hair.

I was in town visiting my brother for the weekend and needed a haircut. I saw this one was close to where he lives and decided to give it a shot. I was surprised when I walked in and was greeted friendly by Carly. She introduced herself  and got me checked in. Within a couple of minutes she called me back so she could cut my hair. She was friendly and it was good to have some small talk conversation with her. She also did  a great job on my hair. Then when she was done she asked if I wanted her to rinse my  hair to get the loose hairs out. I've been to my hometown  great clips several times and  have never  been asked that before! So if you decide to visit this great clips, ask for Carly!!! I may have to visit here more  often to get my mop chopped! Lol
