Been going there for 3 years and I've always hated their system of not taking appointments. But today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Checked in around 1:40 and app told me to come at 2:12 which I did. I was 2nd in line for more than 40 minutes during which time the stylists talked instead of cutting hair and took 2 people in front of me who weren't even on the board. After 40 minutes, I just got up without saying a word and walked out. Needless to say, I'll never go there again and I discourage anybody from frequenting that establishment. Very low class.

The online check in thing is finicky so I would suggest calling if you are in a big hurry, but Sarah was absolutely phenomenal with my toddler. He was not happy about getting a haircut but she got the job done and she was happy to do it. We will definitely be back to see her

3rd time I've checked in and my time was pushed back. I checked in at 17 minute wait, then it switched to 36 minute wait, then I arrive and it got pushed to a 47 minute wait. I was super early to my appointment. The stylists will grab walk-ins counting on the people who prefer a certain stylist to wait. It's a bogus practice that's not being enforced. Won't happen to me again because I won't return. I left when I saw my time get pushed back another 5 minutes while waiting. I suggest if you value your time at all that you go somewhere else. I've been coming here for 3 years. Shame that greed gets in the way of good business practice, but that's on ownership and lousy management.

We moved to Denver in July of last year and I've been coming to this shop ever since.

Staff is very good and they do an excellent job cutting hair but don't trust the scheduling app.  Last time, I finally got my hair cut an hour after the scheduled time.

When Covid was at it's worse, patronage was down and there were not any major problems with scheduling an appointment for a hair cut.  As the number of clients increases, the whole system is falling apart.

Today when I checked in for by 10:23 am appointment, the gentleman  before me had not even been seated yet and I was showing 32 minutes.
25 minutes later, the gentleman had been seated and I was down to 29 minutes wait time.

It was at this time that I figured out their reservation system is a marketing tool and has nothing to do with a realistic schedule.

At that time, I asked that my name be taken out of the que and I would go elsewhere.

Joined my wife for lunch and at the end of lunch, made an appointment with Great Clips but when I got there.  their computers were down and any appointments loaded on onto the Website, were not downloaded to the store. That plus with the computers being down, cash only.

Ended up scheduling an appointment at Rooster's back over in Cornelius where I used to live and was very familiar with.

If you time is valuable to you, would suggest fining an alternative place to get your hair cut.

So today I booked my appointment almost an hour in advance of the estimated time that my stylist would be ready. I walked into the location in advance of my app. time and the girl in the front said to me " We are cash only. Is that a problem?" I said yes. She said sorry about that in a way that implied that she was not really sorry about anything. Then she just turned around.  That was it. So my peeve here is that I wasted my time, her apology was really hollow and it screwed up my afternoon. I don't usually carry much cash. They have my phone number, they took my appointment but never told me anything about the no card problem. I looked around for an ATM but said F' it. I went elsewhere.
