First, and last time that I will let a guy cut my hair.

As I checked in on the app, I was kind of weary because I was in kind of a hurry and didn't really want to choose a specific stylist as that would be over an hour away and I didn't want to wait that long. So instead, I just chose next available and unfortunately I ended up getting stuck with Alexander. The dude is good at cutting hair, can't really say he's bad at cutting hair because he's not. He's actually a really good stylist.

He should not be working at sport clips however, as he asked me no questions other than if I wanted him to use the rectangular shaped electric shaver because I told him I wanted it as close as possible. What he did was offer the electric razor as it would get extremely close, but he also said it would be an additional five bucks. He even had a pause between when he said that he could use that razor and then telling me that it was going to be an extra charge and so I had already said yes, and had to then tell him no I don't want extra five dollars when he went to reach for it.

Not only that, he assumed that all I wanted was a haircut and no shampooing or extra product or anything. Absolutely no sales person at all besides, asking if I wanted that extra five dollar item. Every other time that I've ever been in a sports clip

1) before I even sit in the chair they ask if I want triple play or MVP as it tells them what besides a haircut you're wanting.
2) not only do they always ask if I want any particular type of product in my beard or hair, but they also use that electric razor.

I would highly recommend that either Alexander is retrained or fired. He has definitely made my decision up about never allowing a guy at a SportsClips cut my hair again.

This franchise will not honor their promotional coupons. I went there with a coupon for 1/2 off for returning customers, specific to this location (Caldwell) that expired in less than a week. The stylist told me that since I had already used one of these (a different coupon about three months prior) that I could not use another for this same offer. But there was no restriction stated on the coupon. There was no manager present so she had to be called on the phone when I requested that. No avail, I was stonewalled all the way. Then when I asked for the senior discount rate I was forced to show my ID. The whole experience made me feel disrespected and presumed a swindler. I will not support a business that does not honor their promotions.

Went in to get my hair cut nothing crazy just a standard 3 all over, Cassie did a amazing job I received my hair cut and the mvp treatment and a beard trim have to say WOW just what I needed I feel much better haven't had a really good hair cut in ages, from the hot towel, the massage chair, the massage I recommend to try it out
