I had a lady who nicked my toe and it was bleeding and she didn't say anything then she did my nails and the corners or so weak that they are chipping and this is one day after getting them done. The nail polish is absolute crap, it's supposed to be gel and it is so bumpy. She also didn't align my nail lengths so they are diffrent lengths. I also paid 108 for them.
When my friend and I showed up for our appointment they didn't say any to us they just pointed. And when she asked if I had a picture the nails that I wanted I showed her the design, and she then proceeded to talk across the entire salon to her co-worker, and ignored me and the phone that was displayed the entire time and didn't ask if the length or shape of the nail was right before it was too late. Then procure do a different design than the one that was still displayed in front of her. And when I asked her if there was anyway to even out the length of my nails she told me no and I walked out of there with uneven nails that were crooked.
I am so not going back don't recommend them ever again. Paid $60 for my nails to look like complete fucking shit.
I am very disappointed in the service I received. I went there for gel nails. This girl proceeded to do my nails. would not speak except to her friend in the next booth in their language. I inquired about getting gel nails 1/2 way thru since they were not done this way last time I got them at another store. She just nodded in response. When she wanted my hand under the dryer she kept tapping my hand. My nails are not even. some are shorter than others and she did not round the ends. I got pink and white and now 2 days later the white is chipping off. I will never go there again or encourage anyone else to do so. Now I have to get them done again for a special occasion.
I was here today. I have been coming here for a few months. Too bad they change their prices to fit their need. Today I was SHOCKED at the price they charged me for very low quality nails! I will not hi back and I will call and complain. I have residue from the polish all over my fingers. I also have chopped up base on my nail. I also have a nail that has excess product on my nail. PI paid over $50.00 for this mess! I am very unhappy!
