Spa Nails in Lawrenceburg, IN

Never have disappointed me yet the service is overwhelming. the older woman did my nails and they do look good, yet i have some complaints. I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years now and it's always been the same. They will start doing my acrylics and then randomly leave to do someone else's and i'll be there for longer time then necessary. I get the fact that you have more clients, but a lot of the workers were just sitting on there butts doing nothing. The older woman always does my nails and she's very rude sometimes. She'll tell me to do something and i'll do it but she says it in a very rude tone and she was on the phone for the first half of my experience.
I always love how my nails turn out but i think they need to get better customer service.

I'm never one to leave bad reviews, but I'm still in shock on how god awful my mom & I experience was at spa nails today . I'm still very upset about it all & upset that I always feel to guilty to speak up & so I paid for it etc. Honestly it's not even just how my experience was it was also how dirty the place was. I used to like this nail salon a lot, but wow the past 2 times I've been there just been bad. This time was absolutely god awful. Just for starters when I go to put my feet in water and there's someone else's dead skin floating around it's just really worrisome because that's definitely not sanitary at all & my mom ask for new water they literally just drained it & refilled it didn't even clean it. Just trash everywhere didn't know what was clean and what was dirty. (the tools)

I'm all for doing what you gotta do as a parent sometimes , but the place honestly looked like a unclean daycare. & it was upsetting seeing the little boy want one of his parents but they just put him in the Landry room & shut the door in his face. & get mad because he doesn't want to sit there 8+ hours a day in a stroller watching a tablet . Having to stop nails every two seconds to put them back in the Landry room or the back extra room or run back there with them and be gone for 15 mins or more at a time which is a reason why I had 10 different people working on me asking me where they left off or guessing or I'd just be sitting there like uhhh what do I do now? & just so much more goes into this than I'll put on here because it was just sad .  As a parent I understand, but I also wanted to go and pay someone to do my feet and nails and relax because I am a parent and that was supposed to be "me" time . Maybe that makes me selfish, but it's the truth.

It was just so unprofessional & not relaxing one bit in there. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time in stress over the dead skin & dirty tools etc . Also annoyed that I can't even change my sons diaper with out my nails cutting him because they didn't file the underneath Part of the fake nail (if that makes sense) .
My nails literally hurt.
& not to even mention my mom has chunks of skin off her fingers from them cutting her so many times & she just got them painted with gel no fake nails etc like straight up chunks of skin.

& there was honestly so much more that had happened & just kinda like a you just had to be there to truly understand what I'm talking about . Also I want to mention they were not busy at all with customers when we came in we were taken back right away etc. There was one lady already there getting her feet done & one who was leaving. The whole time I was trying my hardest to be patient and I was still nice after 3 hours,but it got to the point where I was on the edge of saying something or just leaving with my nails that weren't even half way done because of the leaving for 15 mins & than coming back for 2 seconds or 4 different workers working on them getting confused etc & that's very very very rare for me because I never speak up when it comes to myself .  Overall I'm just simply upset with my experience & how my nails are & the price I paid.

I was having a pedi and while he was working on my toes he said that my one toe nail was cracked would I like to have his mother in law to put some gel on my toe. I said sure, when I was to pay he said it was $5 dollars more because of the gel, I was ok no problem then mother's in law yell to him and sad it was $10 extra. Seriously for one little toe. Well what are you going to do. Well today not even two weeks and the gel and polish is gone- nothing on toe. So I paid $45 for a not so great pedi.
I will never go back there nor would I refer anyone to go there. Trust me there are many nail salons on Rt 50. Don't even give them a chance.

I have been going to this salon for years and am very loyal but the way I was treated yesterday ruined the experience for me. I took my boyfriend to get a a pedicure for both of us a a set of dipped nails.  The price is always the same.  This time it was 180$ I questioned them and was told deluxe pedicure was no longer 50$. it was 75$! That is not what signs say.

Got SNS and in 2 days the polish peeled off like dollar store polish and was charged $50 for a for cheap polish and sloppy job. Will not go back .  The star rating should actually be 0 stars
