SPA NAILS in Belmont, NC

WORST PLACE EVERRR!! SO DIRTY AND DISGUSTING AND THE WORK WAS HORRIBLE. She hurt me I told her my nail were sensitive she try to take the SNS with her nails( that hurt) then she kept flick it it with a fake nail!! Then she place my finger in a NASTY alcohol cup that had her use utensils.. it was SOOO DISGUSTING.  Then she keep messing my nails up.. I told her I had to leave I wasn't going to do that anymore..

I wasn't expecting it to be this way not that it was that bad just not my cup of tea.

This place doesn't deserve the 1 star I had to give.  This is my FIRST time ever doing any sort of review but this place deserves it.  I visited this shop just to have my eyebrows arched because hey who can mess up eyebrows?!? I have been to shops that do better work than others but never have I had anyone that just simply didn't know what they were doing.  I walked in and they told me it was $10 a lil more than I normally pay, but that was no problem.  Once done my eyebrows were HORRIBLE and when I looked into the mirror I asked were these $10 eyebrows?  The man collecting money says "she told you before she started " and I said "yes but she failed to mention she doesn't know how to do eyebrows and the money isn't an issue for me it's the quality of work!"  They proceeded to have someone else try to fix them whom I tried to instruct but she had no idea.  I came back after getting in my vehicle twice to have them try to do my eyebrows so they'd look decent and that didn't happen.  The pic is after 4 tries and me trying to offer my unprofessional advice on fixing my eyebrows !!  HIDEOUS shop and work. I should've known to walk out when there was not 1 soul (person) in the shop Christmas Eve

Very dirty, the man rushed doing my nails they were all crooked and he wouldn't fix them had another lady to fix them and paint them. Very rude and horrible customer service.

I don't even know where to begin. It is a disaster! I get my nails done twice a month and I have never in my life experienced something so horrible. I should have never walked in. The place I normally go to was packed and I was desperate for a manicure and pedicure. I walked in initially asking for just a pedicure but when I saw the condition of the place I decided to just get a manicure. The guy was so confused when I changed my mind and got angry after they had already filled a tub with water. To remove the gel on my nails they soaked them in a bowl ok not that odd but then the lady tried to scrape them off with her nails!! Literally scratching the gel off! I told her she had to stop then she got frustrated and sat me with someone else. I requested a manicure but they literally just put my hands in a dog bowl yes a dog bowl!! Did not cut any cuticles or anything. They rushed to get me out of there and when i got to my car I realized why, one of my fingers was completely ruined. I didn't not even want to walk in to have it fixed. I beg no one to ever go to this place. I am genuinely concerned how they have not been shut down for some health violation. If I could give it less than 1 start I would.
