Worst mani/pedi ever. I'm giving 2 stars because the girl was really nice but did a horrible job. Dead skin was not removed from my cuticles. Gel polish is really thick and wavy. It also chipped after 2 days. Paid over $100, not including the tip. I will definitely not be going back.
First time visitor here and will be a return customer! My mom and I went here for pedicures and were pleasantly surprised. The location is right outside of downtown Findlay in a nit of an older shopping plans. The interior is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The staff is pleasant and they offer a gazillion colors. They have 3 different levels of pedicures ranging from $40-$60. I already have a dedicated nail tech for my manis but have been looking for a nail tech for pedis and finally found it!
Mike did my gel manicure for the second time, and for the second time, he severely nicked my cuticles. He is a dangerous nail tech with no care for clients and I will never let him touch my hands again. I requested simple nail art, with dots and straight lines, and the lines are definitely crooked. I had a 3pm appointment today and was not serviced until almost 4pm. I was not finished with both mani and pedi until 5:15. Owner not present to complain to.
I was not pleased today with the pressure I was given to choose a more expensive pedicure than what I selected. I wasn't asked just once, but several times. I had considered a manicure, but decided against it after this type of sales tactic. The pedicure was good. No problem with that. Just don't like high pressure.
I've been coming here for over a year! I love it! Great service and in and out within a reasonable time for walk ins. Appointments are honored as well!
