I have no idea what the issue is with this salon or its owner. I have been looking for a new salon and tried to schedule an appointment twice now.  The number listed is not a business phone number, this number is cellular.  Even if you don't own a business phone, its still rude not to return a patrons calls regardless.

Hands down, best hair salon around, and we've tried a lot. Jen really listens and gives you exactly what you want. She's very educated and knowledgeable and understanding. She did the perfect blonde for me, and even cut my daughters curly head.. which was next to impossible to get a brush through... ever since she cut it, it literally took 25 minutes off of her hair brushing. It was crazy hard, but Jen got all that dead hair off and her hair is awesome now. I will only go to her from now on. She's real, she's good, and she don't play. She knows EXACTLY what she's doing. So...don't waste your time going to anyone else.. I tried a LOT of local girls before I found her. I've lived in the area for 10 years, and now...FINALLY I have found someone who is good!

I don't make changes often. Once someone has my business, they usually keep it, barring some major circumstances. I had a previous stylist before her... and she did good job so I stuck with her for years.But I had a lot of friends who were friends and longtime clients of Jen's, and raved about her work. I saw a lot of pictures of her work also on Facebook on her studio's page . And so I made the difficult decision to break up with my former stylist last fall.

Jen explained right away that a big part of my problem getting my hair to lay how I wanted, is that I had a couple of cowlicks in the back of my hair. I don't know if no one else had figured this out, or just hadn't the skills to address it. But she is so talented with those scissors, it's unreal. My previously overwhelmingly thick and poofy hair is no longer an unruly mess that takes hours to get right. And it looks salon fresh for about 6 weeks, right about when I'm ready for my next appointment. Even then, my hair still looks great!

And her technique and skill with color is equal to or greater than her talent with scissors. I currently have a beautiful ombre, but she can do anything from bubblegum pink to bright green; or whatever else your heart can imagine. And the colors last. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I now get a lot of compliments on my hair on a regular basis because of her! My mom, who lives in Ohio, told me today that she is making sure to book an appointment the next time she comes to visit.

Last but not definitely not least, I look forward to spending time with her when I come to my appointments. I'm an introvert and I often am overwhelmed by small talk. But we have such good conversations and I can honestly see that she is such a good person with a huge heart. She takes it personally to make sure that every single person walks out of her door happy! I LOVE supporting her business!!

Jen is a master! No one else touches my hair but her. I refer all my friends and family to her. Never been disappointed and always come away feeling beautiful.

I went to Jen after I had a bad color experience with the salon I had been going to in my area. I had a customer site visit and I called her in tears and told her I could not go with my hair looking like it did. She fit me in the next day and worked her magic! I walked out feeling confident and beautiful. I have been going to her ever since. She is the best!! I drive over hour to see her and sometimes a lot longer in traffic and she is worth it!! I always go with her suggestions on color because she is super knowledgeable about what will look best with your skin tone and hair type. She wants you to LOVE your hair when you walk out of her salon so she is a perfectionist and really pours herself into her work. I recommend her to anyone, regardless of what part of the Atlanta area you live in. She is worth the drive!
