SOI Brow Threading Salon in Crowley, TX

Had my head and neckline waxed for first time, it felt great.. and will be back, was never in pain despite her claiming it may hurt lol, piece of cake

I came in and the first thing she said was you have very thin eyebrows. Ok all she wanted to do is clean up. I told her I wanted at least a arch even if it's small and she gave me what she wanted. I will NOT BE BACK!!!!!

So, I've never had an issue with this place especially because I always come here. I came here one day after work on a Friday and the lady I had was on the phone, didn't ask me what I was looking for on my eyebrows, etc. she went ahead and botched my right eyebrow making it super thin. Make-up couldn't fix it. I'm glad all my graduation events are over because this is a no. I also don't mind growing them out again, but like this is my face. I'm so annoyed that this happened and that she didn't even ask me specifically what I wanted. I just assumed she would've taken little hairs and then go ask me from there. You can't put hair back so it's always better to be safe than sorry. I won't be seeing here again, but I haven't had issues with other eyebrow artist. I called to ask what the name of the lady was and told her what happened. She didn't say much but to grow them out, I also told her I wasn't mad, because I'm not. But I wish she would've asked more questions about what I want. I would've been super mad if I had important things to go to.

My hair is dark red. My eyebrows are blondish. If you see me from a distance, I look like I'm all forehead. So I think it was time to try tinting. Man... I hate waxing with a passion. I wanted to try threading before I went to LA. Let me tell you, I rather WAX my damn eyebrows before threading. It hurt like hell. It felt like she was dragging my skin. I don't want nothing to do with threading or waxing, but if I had to choose... idk..lol I got my eyebrows tinted. It was a little weird at first cuz I wasn't used to them dark. My son kept telling me I looked like kid Bruce Wayne from Gotham..ugh. I also got my nose waxed..and that was oddly satisfying. No complaints about the service. Quick and cheap.

They used BLACK tint on my brows when I usually used dark brown for a more natural look. Their machine processed my card but the lady kept harassing me about payment. She literally called me everyday asking me to come back and make a second payment. I advised her the payment showed as approved when I left and it was also posted in my bank account. She went on for days telling me that their tech department said it didn't go through. Also when I asked her about her microdermabrasion and break outs. Her response was "we never had a problem". When I asked is there anything that could be done to prevent or treat it if it does and she literally had no response. I asssume their not licensed for that particular service.
