Can I give ZERO stars!!?????? I have lost FIVE nails in less then a week. I went back once they fixed 2 no issues. The next day I lost THEEE more! I go back and they get the nail tech who did them and he wanted to charge me!! If anything I should have gotten a refund. I would come back if they offered me services for FREE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Very rude mean people. My daughter got her nails painted yesterday and they all came off, we went today and they were trying to charge me another 8$ to repaint (hasn't been a full day since service). They charged me 15$ for them to be painted. Do not come here they are rude and don't allow kids inside. Highly disappointed
Look, I've been here a few time, and my experiences are varied. The one time I had acrylics put on, they did a good good. But this last time I went, the polish was honestly laughable for a professional nail salon. I can't have long nails anymore, and this salon, or at least the lady who did my nails, does not know how to paint short nails well AT ALL. There was excess polish on the tip on my nails, and I even had to fix most of that myself. I suck at painting my own nails, but I probably could have done a comparable job to what I received here. The polish stared to chip off THE NEXT DAY. Worst of all, it's so overpriced. Save you're money and go to a better rated nail salon.
My friend and I went the other day, and let's just say I won't go back. My friend got gel nails and days started chipping the very next day and they would not fix them. I got waxed in one part but charged for a whole section. I used to love this place but it appears,they have lost their best people.
This place is not an honest place! They add more to your total. I was given an illuminated pricing sheet. In which totals state pricing. At the end the lady says $125 ok which my total is right around this even though she added $3 to my total. I thought it's ok I'll even give her tip. Fuck no if a gentleman comes around to check us out now says the total is $142 WTF! I pay half cash and half card, hand him $98 cash and yet $44 still ok my debit card! I respectfully leave I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS! Dishonesty is the worst! People where can we find nail techs that speak English to avoid miscommunication at all costs!
