SOI Brow Threading Salon - Saginaw in Saginaw, TX

My daughter got her eyebrows threaded today and her skin was pulled off. Looks like she was cut with a razor and she's in pain. I asked that the tech wear clean gloves before I'd known she had put on clean gloves because they do it behind the counter not at the station, which is fine, but feel like she did a poor job because of it.

It is really difficult to rate this place because of the inconsistent technicians they have. They are hit or miss. I usually have to try my luck with whomever is there. If I find a decent one they usually don't last. Well I went to get my eyebrows and lip threaded yesterday, Tuesday, February 20. I checked in and saw there were only two techs there. Simi and Pretty. Well I had a bad experience with Simi previously. She left a huge bald spot in one of my eyebrows before so I decided to try Pretty. I don't recall ever seeing her name on the check in screen so I assumed she was new and selected her and waited for my turn. Few mins later it's my turn. I sit and tell her that my right eyebrow is slightly thinner than the left and she disagrees and says it's thicker and I said no it's not. It's thinner and I'm trying to grow it out. So she begins threading my right eyebrow and right away I felt like something was going wrong. It felt like she was taking way too much off. I could feel it. When she was all done with eyebrows and lip she hands me the mirror but I can't see too good without my glasses. I pay and leave. I get in my car and pull out my hand mirror to take a look and sweet Jesus what has she done? She completely butchered my right eyebrow. Shockingly my left one is not good but not hacked. It looks like she took a weed whacker to my right one tho. She went up way too high on the arch and thinned out the lower arch where I told her I was growing it out. It seriously looks like she threaded it blindfolded. There is no saving it. I'm hoping it can be somewhat back to normal within a few months. So really I just suggest if you get a good tech there stick with that one. Because they are so hit and miss and I would hate for anyone to feel like I felt after what she did to my eyebrow. I wanted to cry when I saw how bad it looks. I'm crying inside actually. Perhaps the owners need to pay their good techs more so they don't leave.

It's hit or miss .. you may come out missing Majority of your eye brows and they won't fix it .. got my Lashes done for the first time and they started falling off 3 days later though they should have lasted up to 3 weeks. I called and was told they will not fix it without a $25 charge. They have lost a loyal customer. I should have stopped going the last 3 times my eye brows was mismatched and one was so small I had to draw it on until it grew back . Go to another location or something .. this one is trash ..

Unfortunately they use a yelp service to promote their services but do not honor your coupon. Would be nice to have staff that is aware of how to use it

Khus took great care of me. This was my first time getting my brows tinted and I was very nervous. She was very patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with how they looked. My brows have never looked better! Thank you Khus!!
