SO Beautiful in Fort Washington, MD

I made an appointment based on her ratings and pictures on Yelp. I was not disappointed. She did amazing work and was very professional. I am moving to VA in a few weeks but will gladly make the drive to Brandywine MD for my next visit...worth the drive

I arrived at the salon about 15 minutes early. Shani wasn't quite ready for me because the appointment before me arrived late which through the schedule off. That's was fine I had no where to be after my appointment. Shani was very attentive to my hair needs. She even spoke to my former stylist in another State to consult on my hair care needs, as I'd just moved into the area. I was immediately sold right then and there. Her salon is very nice with Tiffany blue and crystal accents throughout the establishment. I also appreciate the security of the building as you will need to be buzzed into the salon. I've already made my two week appointment.

Completely fell in love! I throughly enjoyed my experience at SO Beautiful Salon. From the decor to Shanni (the owners/hairstylist) everything was great. The best part is she is located close to my house so I no longer have to drive for a hour to get a quality hairstyle. I had a late appointment because I work in VA and she was able to accommodate my schedule. She was kind, talkative, and made some suggestions regarding my hair concerns. I will definitely be back!

The owner is an amazing woman who consistently works around my busy schedule to get me in and out on time. She is always pleasant and most importantly she does a wonderful job on my hair. I have been coming to her for over a year and I love every style that she has given me. My hair is healthier and longer than it has been in years and I simply can't say enough good things about my experiences with the SO Beautiful Salon. As a very busy executive who insist on having everything that is available in life Shanni's skills, large set of skillls and variety of services is a perfect fit for me. There's never a wait with an advance booking. The salon provides me the environment needed to take a respite from the busy day, with large spacious salon. I have used professional hair stylist services for over 50 years starting on the east coast, and during my military assignments throughout the US and abroad. During the past 25 years living in DC, VA and MD I found this salon as the first to provides the level of service that suites my needs. Shanni is kind, happy, easy to get along with and even though she juggles family and profession you never know or see her down side. I love her focus on healthy hair. All the variety of styles that she gave me are excellent. She's innovative and classy. She cares for my natural hair and has given me crocheted faux dreads, weaves, straw sets and an assortment of styles. I can bring her pictures of unusual styles I find on Pinterest and she enjoys the challenge and does it perfectly. People always want my styles. To top it off she is constently looking for ways to improve and expand her business. Shantah is a beautiful mature and reliable young business woman.
