I've been trimming my hair for a while and now that I'm vaccinated, over Covid, ready to go out, I decided to get a haircut at WalMart. Bad decision. The haircut I received may be OK for a man but I'm female and 81 y/o. I've had bad haircuts before but I do honestly believe this is the worst. And I sat there watching the woman before me get the same haircut. I thought maybe that woman had requested such a haircut. I wanted mine trimmed. Trimmed. I am so sad! I'll have to wear a hat of some kind for at least a month and maybe longer. This was not a haircut - it was an attack!
If I could go lower I would! My daughter went in for a cut. Simple right? She told the lady she has an extremely sensitive head and suffers migraine. So what does the "stylist " do? Proceeds to yank on her hair and jerk her head around in her neck. She showed her about 3-4 photos of haircuts she liked. The woman YELLED at her about how she needs to make up her mind. Wth!! My daughter is a 17 year old survivor of many things no human should ever endure and this woman had the audacity to yell at her. First off, no! Second, a good stylist can take several photos and get the idea and make it look good. Now I had dropped both daughters off so I could go do something so when they called me, one furious for her sister and one in tears from the pain and ptsd attack I was livid. I called and asked for the manager. Was told she would call me back. 3 hours later I call again and she says I tried several Times to call you and you never answered. I proceeded to tell her what had happened and she immediately started telling me about how she witnessed the whole thing and that my daughter was in the wrong and that her salon stylist was completely correct and everything she did. Wow great customer service there. Not only did I not get offered my money back because my girls still paid for the mistake of what little she did but I got convinced that I will never return to this salon ever again. Basically that whole Walmart can forget about my business. To add insult to injury, there was still shampoo and my daughters hair. Wow
