Jen at Rocky Baird's is my stylist extraordinare She always interprets what I want to do perfectly. The salon is very eclectic and always neat and clean. It's situated in a nice, quiet Reno neighborhood near Reno High School. There are two other stylists. Book soon because they are always fully booked.
Been going to Jen for years and hope to stay with her for many more!! She's great!! And the salon is perfect. Great location, plenty of easy parking, and great atmosphere. :)
Simply the best! Rocky started cutting my hair MANY years ago. A true pro with current styles.
The salon is located in a nice area, just plan on a few minutes extra if you are heading there during school hours as there are a couple different school zones in the area. They have their own parking lot which is super convenient. When you walk in, all the stylists including Rocky, the owner, are very welcoming. I see Jennifer King and she is amazing. I was referred to her by a friend who has been going to her forever. I highly recommend her as she is great with anything hair. I have been going to her for about 5 years now and never walked out disappointed. I've heard so many stories about stylists chopping more hair than the client asked for, this will never happen with Jennifer. She is very conservative when cutting and makes sure she shows you how much too.
My first impression of this salon is that the building is quite unique as it used to be a bank, and the inside has a very colorful groovy style.
I am new to the Reno area and Jennifer (a hair stylist) was very welcoming. I was looking for a hair stylist here with great energy and received a local recommendation. So, I was able to set up an appointment with Heather and she had lots of positive energy! It was my first time coming into the salon and she took a moment to get to know a little about me and how I would like my hair cut. I was very pleased with the bold and fresh hair style I walked out with! Much thanks, I'll probably be back for my next cut. I definitely recommend this Salon and Heather!
