SmartStyle Hair Salon in Lawton, OK

I made a hair appointment with a certain stylist at this specific salon for a wash and style. Christna is who they suggested based on reviews because apparently she was good. I didn't get a chance to sit and experience because apparently they did not have me on their appointment scheduled.

Mind you I called and set this appointment a week in advance. I went in at 12 pm because that's what I was told my appointment was. When I got there they acted clueless about the scheduling and hair style. I asked if they were available and they said yes but stood there looking all dumb as if they didn't know how to do a hairstyle. They called their sister salon in town to see if they had the hair tools to accomplish the service. I stood there for almost 10 minutes and they never sat me in a chair. Did I forget to mention I was getting married at 3pm so I needed to get my hair done?!

No, they just kept talking amongst themselves and never sat me down after their error in scheduling. Like that's not my fault. I called and scheduled my hair appointment and now I'm here and you can't take of me?! At this point I was getting teary eyed and frustrated because I was getting Married in a couple hours and I needed to get my hair done. I even suggested that a regular curls was fine, but they just stood there looking really dumb.

I don't recommend this salon at all. No customer service and schedule training. Total miscommunication within their salon and lack of knowledge about hair and styles. Go back to school and learn the right way to treat a customer!

I went to get a shampoo, cut and style,  Jessica was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Thank you

I went today and just want a hair trim, shoulder length. This lady doesn't seem to want to dry my hair after she cut it, if I didn't mention to her bout drying my hair. She said it cost extra--- well, of course I know that! I have money. She act like I can't afford to pay her to blow dry my hair. She doesn't know what "undercut" on hair means either. I'm not a hairdresser, and I know what "undercut" on hair means. They should be glad I paid the basic haircut fee but didn't pay them "tip".
MOST OF ALL I AM MADE ABOUT is because this hairstylist doesn't know the meaning---"CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" in business. They better get that in their head!  I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has to be the most pretentious attitude filled salon ive ever seen, got my sons haircut there and while the cut itself was fine there was a mix up and we forgot to pay, when we got home they called us and threatened to call the police on us if we weren't there by 5pm to pay for it and it was currently 4:15pm, we live about 20 miles away and had to rush to get there because they couldnt wait til the next day. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SALON

Went in.  Needed a cut.  They say me down and did not even wet my hair. Bad.  Upset.  I'm sure some are good there but I was not happy with a dry cut.
