Unprofessional banter among the staff lends an overall unkempt and uneasy environment. Nail work was average.

I and my friend went to have pur nails done a few weeks back everything seemed OK at first!
The older woman started doing my nails and when she got to using the drill to file my raw nail she left very thin areas all around my cuticles on all my fingers! OUCH!!! she then started to apply the acrylic and it was SO THICK she barely filed them down and left sharp jagged corners and again went over with the drill file and caused loads of discomfort and more damage to my real nail! I could feel my heart beat in all my fingers for days!
 my friends nails were started my the younger woman and again seemed fine until the older woman finished them way to much product was applied like mine and was barely filed down extremely thick the shape was wrong and jagged and the tips! my nails and her nails we different I got short squared nails and not one was the same shape as the other. she had longer and wanted coffin and didn't get anything close to what a coffin nail looks like and not one was tge same shape as the other!
They were very sweet but from the quality we received I was extremely disappointed!
within a few hours my gel coating bubbled and and a few chipped! some of my friends nails after a day felt loose like it was going to fall off! they did. and her nails underneath was extremely damaged and dead! my nails fell of after a week all of them! just from sitting in a bathtub for 10 minutes. and let me tell you my real nail was so thin around my cuticles there was brusing and barely any of my natural nail left! it was so painful! please do not go there. it's ben a few weeks and our nails are still messed up and tender from this place!

We got two pedicures and the whole experience was sub-par. One of us got cut, my pedicure chair overflowed with water because they were not paying attention, and the workers were bad mouthing customers as soon as they walked out. They did wear gloves and used new packs of manicure sets so that was good. Overall not worth the money and wouldn't go back or recommend going.

Went to this establishment to get lashes. It was terrible (the environment and the lashes). I'm used to my lashes lasting at least 2 weeks. Well, these $150 lashes were installed horribly and started falling off within 24 hours.
Went back to get them corrected, to no avail.  Not professional and the language is so ghetto and stereotypical to the global majority.
Never again!!! $150 down the dirty drain.

Had a couple recommendations to try this place out. Decided to finally go, & was very unsatisfied.

Called for an appointment (dip powder manicure & reg. pedicure), was open to make it a few days later, or at their convenience. I was told they had an opening at around 5:30. I left my job early to show up at least 30 minutes early to my appointment. There was one customer currently getting her nails done which was no issue, since I assumed It wouldn't take too long. My appointment wasn't for another half hour. 25 minutes in, I was advised to sit in the pedicure chair & soak my feet. The second worker strolled in, and was told to get my pedicure started. He worked on my toenails for a good, 35 minutes (not including the paint). The worse part was, I have been growing my toenails to be a square shape for a good month & he decided to round them. I was livid but I couldn't have two different shaped nails. I wasn't even asked before they were cut.
    Going to Nail salons is usually my happy place. Here I have never felt so stressed, from hearing the workers personal problems & the amount of time it took to get my services done. I think I left 20 minutes after closing. I had at least 4 fingers have mini cuts. Stung like hell when she put alcohol on my nails. My ring finger was especially bad, the whole cuticle was cut. I also, don't think I will get dip powder again either. It started to chip after 8 days. I know within two weeks if you have any issues you can come back. But, to be honest I wouldn't go back period.
