I made an appointment yesterday with Lisa (July 3,2023) she said she would be there at 8am the next day(cause she said shes an early bird and she wants to get off early and party for the 4th of July), so she said I could come in at 9am... came in the next day. I was there 20 minutes earlier for my appointment...and 5 minutes after 9, I texted her and asked where she was, and she said she is running late and will be there by 9:30. At that point, I was already annoyed as I was walking out of the store. she is opening the salon at 10 mins to 10
Madison is amazing. She is attentive, very friendly and really takes time to check with her clients if they are happy with the length/style of the haircut as it is progressing. Very happy with the service.
Went 3/9 and 3/10 to purchase products. Both days during business hours, the store was locked up and closed. No note stating what time they would be open. Not a reliable place to buy hair products as they are clearly not open during business hours stated on the door.
I was not expecting much to be honest but somehow my stylist Makeesha did an amazing job. She made me feel absolutely comfortable and had a soothing presence. I wouldn't hesitate to come in and haver her do my hair again.
