I had an appointment (more like disappoinment) at this place and ended up being seen last (despite being 10 minutes early). One of the stylist friend's was there so she was busy paying more attention to her friend than me being a client with an appointment. This was my first time there, and I thought that everyone before had appointments, but it turned out that no one bothered to tell her nor did she check her appointment schedule, and so I sat there like an idiot for two hours. Then she comes with the whole story that she won't be able to see as it was almost closing time. I explained that I had an appointment two hours before and was leaving out of town the next day; reluctantly she attended me. The whole time she was on the phone saying how she had to work late and passively aggressively letting me know that she was sacrificing her time for me. In the end, she did a lazy job blow drying my hair, in fact, I had to go home and straighten out the multiple parts she missed (I have curly hair). She curled my hair, and it fell apart the moment I got home. I needed my bangs cut, and it was with good reason I only trusted one other person to cut my bangs for she horribly messed them up. I had to ask her to cut them probably four times, for she had cut this horrid oval shape that she liked. I kept telling her to to make them straighter, but she kept refusing because to her that didn't look good as she was old fashioned (I knew what I was talking about, it was just straight across bangs). Overall, it was my first and last visit there, extremely unprofessional and the 25 cent stylists are so not worth it.
