I would always be a loyal customer at a nail salon if the customer service is good. I had initially planned on being a regular customer until my last experience. Before that, they engaged in conversation and laughter with me and offered reasonable prices. My nails always came out so cute!

I came in before the Beyoncé concert and wanted a red design with a touch of black and some glitter to match my outfit. I allowed the nail technician creative freedom, only mentioning that I didn't want too much black. He completed the design, and I was satisfied, or so I thought.

(Turns out my outfit, which I had ordered from Amazon, didn't fit). I had to change my outfit, which led me to want a change in my nails. I returned to the salon, explained & apologized. It was a long wait although I had an appointment. I asked for brown w/ gold accents. During the entire visit, the nail techs chatted among themselves and only acknowledged me when it was time to paint. Unfortunately, I didn't get the specific color I had asked for. He even just stopped and looked at me when I asked once more for a darker color. I know when to just let it go. I wasn't asking for much. I paid, which included a tip, and then left.

I get what I want when I go in, I love the staff here. Kenny is my absolute favorite! He does exactly what you ask for! Been going here for year. Never really have too much issues. Always friendly

I highly recommend this place, I got a full set with shellac for only $39 ( it would of been $34 but I added glitter on both of my hands) they are really nice and I love the environment! My friends also went, and the purple nails were $14 just to paint her nails and with shellac.

Love that they accept walk-ins even on the weekend, came in & got a pedicure & it turned out perfect & they squeezed in my bestfriend for her birthday pedi, she loved how it turned out!! Will definitely be back for another pedicure
