I chose to book a massage here after reading the positive reviews. I had my appointment today with Ingrid and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. She started by asking me exactly what I wanted and confirmed several times during the hour that I was happy with the pressure. She used these warm towels that were amazing. I booked my next appointment before I left and can't wait to go back!
I am leaving for vacation next week and I decided to treat myself to a wax as not to worry about keeping up with things on my trip. My esthetician Erin was an absolute angel, the Frank Lloyd Wright of Brazilian waxing- an artist if you will. She made the entire experience enjoyable and professional and there was not a minute that I felt uncomfortable. I would have endured the pain even longer if it meant laughing with Erin a little bit longer... Not to mention my bits look beautiful! The service and cleanliness of the space are top-notch and I highly recommend SKIN Day Spa for all of your beauty treatments! I booked another appointment immediately!!

My fiancé and I made our annual trip to northern California to relax and unplug, and as part of a surprise for her, I booked a couples massage here. However, about 3 hours before we were supposed to arrive, they cancelled our reservation, citing a scheduling error. I asked if they could offer another service as we were already traveling there. I'm told the best they could do was -- if I chose to rent a car again, request the hours off work and drive 3 hors back to Ukiah -- they would give me 20% off. Laughable at least, insulting at most, particularly in light of their own cancelation policy (charge 50% for day-of cancelations.) Things happen, I get it. And when they do, it's on the business to do right by their customers. That did not happen. Would not recommend.
