Simplicity Salon in West Chester Township, OH

I came to Simplicity for my first-ever spray tan. Angela made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Being very fair skinned, I was concerned it would be too dark or unnatural looking. But, my skin looks fantastic! There are no blotchy areas, no orangey tones. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions.

I came in and saw Sarah Giere. I had very recently had my hair colored somewhere else and was extremely disappointed. I told Sarah what my goal was and showed her a few pictures, and she nailed it! I was very impressed and believe I found my new hair stylist. For me it's a 45 minute drive out, but well worth it. Thank you again!

First of all I want to thank this salon for everything g they did for me today and the days leading up to my appointment. Angela was very professional and she helped me with everything with scheduling assuring me that they would handle everything. Going into my appointment my hair was matted and just an all around mess as you will tell from the photos. I had lost hope on myself and my hair in these past months leading up to this. I was ashamed of myself for letting my hair get to this point. I walked in the door of Simplicity Salon and I was warmly greeted. Sara was the one who would be doing my hair and I felt so horrible. She never once put me down for letting this happen and was the sweetest woman I could have had do my hair. She was always making sure she wasn't hurting me too much and asked if I needed breaks when she could tell it was getting rough. She handled me with so much care and she knew I needed this. She took so much time out of her scheduled just to help me and for that I couldn't be more grateful. The Salon was so clean and it look so cute with the fall decorations and how they made it all match. I will definitely be going back and I plan to tell everyone I know about this salon because I have never had this kind of service and pleasant experience at a salon. Thank you so much, you made me feel like me again.

Love it here! I've seen the same girl a couple times for my hair now and always love the color! I've brought my daughter in and she's been super happy as well. The salon has a nice welcoming feel and plenty of parking as they reserve the front row spaces for their clients. They always think of the clients and that shows in their work!
