I can't say enough good things about Silhouette Hair Salon and especially Patty. My daughter encouraged me after moving to Santa Rosa to check out Silhouette. Patty has been doing my daughters hair for a couple of years and my hair since April. I feel very fortunate to have found such a knowledgeable, gifted colorist and stylist. I feel like I have hit the jack pot! Patty is very professional, takes time to listen and offers great advice! She is constantly educating herself on all the latest products and techniques. My hair has never been healthier and I am so thrilled with my new look!
Credit where credit is due. The first time I came in here, in 2016, I saw Christy. I showed up and was the only one in the salon. She was kind and attentive, and the resulting haircut was definitely among the better ones I've gotten. I'd even say top three! I obviously liked it well enough to try to come back three separate times in the ensuing years. First and third times I tried, I called and left messages, none of which were ever returned. The second time, I actually got someone. I requested Christy specifically and was told that she was busy at the moment and would return my call. Instead, my number was shunted off to a third stylist. I have nothing against the third stylist, who may be excellent in her own right, but I wasn't even given an option. I wouldn't have minded waiting longer if Christy already had a full schedule at time. Or, if she wasn't taking "new" clients anymore, I would've liked to have been told. As it was, I was just left feeling unwanted and unsatisfied. Anyway, you know the saying, "Fool me once..." Well, I was fooled three times so I guess I'm the fool here.
Best place ever. My daughter and I have been coming to Christy for almost 10 years!! Always leave happy. (And my daughter isn't easy to please). The place is relaxing and clean. Best massage during shampooing. Christy and Patty (owners) care so much about the salon and their clients.
Patty is great! My hair looks so much better after a few visits. I've had people at work take notice and now go to Silhouette. One of the best choices I've made.
