Signature Nails & Spa in Villa Rica, GA

If I had an option to rate them, I would not even give them a 1 star. As a business owner, customer service needs to amazing, yet the owner (guy with the birth mark in his face) is the rudest one! His nail tech angled my nails off, some round, some eddy like a coffin when all I wanted was a square. Not hard - not fancy- short and sweet, and she couldn't do it. After asking her, she starts yelling at me to a point I requested a new tech, and the owner himself started to. I asked him to see my nails, and he agreed the shape was off but then continued to tell me that the "square shape" was not common in mirror lake..and only at airports..I'm sorry WHAT??! I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I've gotten everything under the sun, but if you can't hold your employees accountable - who walk around yelling on the top of their lungs, then you don't need to be in business.

I have given this place many chances and let me tell you that attitude reflects leadership!! The man in the front with the birth mark on his face is the rudest. I sat in there, getting my nails done and listened to him talk to a customer like an absolute dog bullying a poor older lady. And Olivia is so rude she may have the ability to do a good job on your nails but believe me, she will treat you like you are not even human while she works on your nails. You'll be lucky if she speaks to you and then she will expect a big tip from you after she treats you with disrespect. And yes, they will sit there and speak in their own language most likely about and make smart remarks which is obvious by their tone, and then they all laugh! They are a more expensive than most other nail salons that I've been to, won't do a good job for you. Will be rude to you and treat you like garbage and then be insulted when you don't leave them a big tip!! signature nails you need to learn one thing. If you want your customers to treat you better you need to learn to treat your customers better first. If you want good friendly service find another place.

I was greeted and directed to sit in a cluttered and crowded area, very close to other customers. There is so much clutter and acrylic dust everywhere as if the place is never cleaned. This is my 2nd visit in 2 months. First visit, not bad but not impressed. I will not spend my money here again. There is always loud laughter & conversations in other language, which is rude when in front of customers. My tech was worked quickly and was obviously experienced in the skill but not at all in customer service. She told me a price after service started well over 15 minutes. An older female employee comes to our area to speak loudly & laugh and chat among the female techs younger and are busy working. During my checkout my tech was not polite and did not thank me for my business. No tip was necessary and neither is a return for more ugly customer service.

I normally do not like leaving a bad review! But in this incident, I am! I took my granddaughter here to get her nails done. As I am sitting on the bench, I observe my granddaughter and the nail techs interaction with each other. The nail techs grabs the color nail chart out of my granddaughters hand, and during her procedure being done, I witness rudeness by the nail tech to my granddaughter. I keep my mouth shut, so I do not embarrass my granddaughter. Yet, what I witness next just appalled me. An elderly lady came in using her cane, the way she was treated was disrespectful! No compassion or kindness was exhibit from the staff. She was told to sit - which was next to my granddaughter! Nobody waited on her. After sitting awhile she gets up and tells me she will come back another day. I ask what she was going to get done! Just a manicure and my nails painted, we talk a little bit more and she leaves. My hurt hurt for her, and at the same time I was getting mad - at the disrespect the salon showed this elderly lady and the interaction the nail tech was having with my granddaughter.
