Salina is absolutely phenomenal. She gets my hair right every time and listens. What an amazingly talented stylist. She has earned a lifelong customer!

I was there twice, for a cut then Brazilian blow out. Humidity is really tough on my curly hair. David did a great job both times, I'm a snow bird, but will return to him for sure. The salon is also beautifully done, and everyone is really friendly. I highly recommend it .

I have been going to Shine Salon for a year and a half I was a regular customer to Tara. I had to cancel an appt.as I was having mild surgery. I was told I couldn't get an appt until the end of March. I had to go out of town and desperately needed my hair done before the date . I called the Salon and they told me they could get me in with someone else. I said are you sure this is ok with my stylist, I would like to go to her after this appt. But she was booked. I was told thats not an issue, we all understand. I took the appt. With this lovely stylist Enzo, he did a great job and I was elated they could het me in. I txt my stylist to explain and the comment I got back from Tara was you should just go to Enzo. This was extremely unprofessional and rude. I then wrote to her explaining things come up and if I didn't hear from her my intuition is correct- she did not take the time to even respond. I left a water bottle their and went to get it and the owner was very aloof I have spent a fortune on hair never mind tips and this is the customer service I receive! Im appalled. The stylist I went to was very accommodating and kind, I would never use this Salon again. What happen to Customer Service? We all have had to cancel a Dr. appointment or whatever life throws us. I would not recommend to anyone Noone should ever be treated this way! So un professional!!! I don't think a professional , like a Dr. Or Surgeon would get rid of you because you had to cancel! Never mind a hair dresser. Not good!

David Michael, a co-owner, cut my hair very well. I've lived here for more than 10 years and this is the best experience since I've been here. I've been to about 6or 8 establishments in that time. I've recommended Shine to my significant other and she just had her first-time cut with David Michael, too and we're both pleased

Kim is absolutely the most experienced and up to date beautician. She is up to date on the newest trends regarding color and cuts. I have been going to Kim for 4 years now. She is dependable and reasonably priced. Shine is a newer shop and is always clean. The gowns are always clean for every client and everyone is required to wear masks.
