My sister recommended me this nail salon and I decided to give it a try. WORST DECISION EVER. I prefer Nail Tek on deer park Avenue. Sherry is rude as hell. She has no patience or professionalism. She is snappy and thinks that just because she's the owner she can speak to anyone with an aggressive attitude. Luckily I work in a profession in which I know how to ignore and tolerate aggressive attitudes. $87 for a gel manicure and pedicure is really not worth it at this place. Nothing special. This place was packed but then again I went on a Friday. Also, there was a lovely nail tech by the name of Norma. She's amazing. I suggest going to her if you want to feel comfortable and calm while getting your nails done. She's bilingual so to my Spanish girlies, she's your girl! I spoke both English and Spanish to her and got a lot of side eyes from different customers and I did NOT care one bit. I'm bilingual and embrace it. If your mad about it, open a book and learn a new language and maybe you can also be bilingual. Anyways, yeah, one and done but never again.
I have been going to sherrys for months now. Elaine does my nails and Cindy does my pedicure. I am super picky when it comes to my nails and they have been doing a great job adjusting to my likes. If it's packed - there's a reason why!
I love getting my nails done here every two weeks that are amazing. What ever you ask them to do they will go above and beyond for you.
Went here for the first time today without an appointment, to get a regular pedicure. Although there were many customers, they took me right away. Tina was very good , she was gentle and did such a great job! I will definitely go again
