Sheila Studio 21 in Temecula, CA

We made a reservation for a hair appointment through the convenient Genius booking system and arrived on time for our appointment. We opted for the Diva package and were thrilled with the results. Miss Sheila did an amazing job, as you can see from the attached photos of the blowout and the finished look. The end result was simply beautiful and elegant. Shelia, studio 21 Shelia, studio 21 thank you for the beautiful hair experience. You are a talented artist.

After dealing with the state having to force us to cancel appointments, I was finally able to come back and got my hair dyed. Told Ms. Sheila to surprise me and she came through. I'm a really simple client and I feel brand new. My hair is healthy, soft and the color is soo natural looking. Y'all can't go wrong with Ms. Sheila. I am glad she picked this color especially since I had about 4 colors I was showing her, narrowed it down to 2 and I am SOOO HAPPY. If y'all are worried about overcrowding, don't. It's just you and Ms. Sheila. Worried about overbooking..DON'T, she has never been overbooked. Ms. sheila always makes sure there is enough time blocked for each client. And I was shocked to get in on a Monday as well as a holiday! A Lot of places are closed for president's day. And even with that, Ms. Sheila kept her appts I'll be back :) as always

I had two very bad experiences at this salon. My first bad experience was when I was suppose to get highlights done in my hair prior to a special occasion the following day. I want to start off by saying I am not familiar with the process of getting professional highlights. On the day of my appointment, I arrived, sat in the chair, and Sheila washed my hair. I was thinking that was backwards, but I trusted the professional. Turns out she "forgot" I was getting highlights. I scheduled my appointment online, so if she just looked what I came in for it would have shown. So anyways long story short, I was unable to get my highlights that day because she had washed my hair already. Next bad experiences was when I showed up to my appointment after driving 1 hour from San Diego. I get there and her door is locked, which she frequently does because she claims some clients don't like when other clients walk in on their conversations. Anyways, I arrived at my appointment and saw her little space was crowded with 3 other people already. I tried to open the door, but it was locked. So I knocked, but I guess none of them could hear me because of the blow dryer. So I sit on the bench outside her door and text her saying I'm outside the door. I decide to text her because I know she has an Apple Watch and she frequently checks her phone. So I wait on this bench for an HOUR listening to them talking and joking around. At this point I'm annoyed because I drove an hour in traffic to get there and now I'm waiting OUTSIDE the salon for my appointment so I just left. About an hour after I left Sheila text me saying she looked for me, but didn't see me. Next time I need to tell her verbally that I am there because lots of people sit on the bench that aren't her clients. Well obviously I would have loved to come inside and told you verbally but the door was LOCKED and I can't walk through walls. Not to mention you knew you had a client coming at that time so you would think you would see if that random person sitting outside your door is your client. Sheila knows I travel a far way to be her client, but she never offered for me to come back or that she was sorry. All she asked was if I would like to reschedule. Well Sheila, no I would not like to waste my time and gas to drive back down to your salon for another terrible experience.

Sheila is very friendly and professional. She did a press and curl for my daughter and it's been over a week now and her hair is still shiny, silky and straight. Thank you sooooo much for your skill set! My daughter will return

Ok first time and definitely won't be the last. My daughters were thoroughly pleased. We've seen some good ones but Sheila is just great. My oldest is soooo tender headed and she listened, checked in with her as she went along, she advised on hair care, didn't up charge or gauge for additional services, her customer service was very pleasant and her studio is so cayoot! Her silk press is actually silky, and lasts, so much so I've decided to let my hair grow so I can experience her services. Thank You Sheila.
