Great salon and the retail shop has the cutest/trendy clothes for women. I recommend Jewel as she really takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Lori at the front desk goes above and beyond to make you happy and fit you into the busy schedule!

Shear Thairapy is my place to get my hair done! When you walk in they greet you with a smile and they ask if you want a drink, the ambiance here is so cozy and nice. It's modern and even the stylists dress for the occasion. I always leave with a smile on my face! I definitely recommend Erin to be your hair stylist!

The haircut is so bad I wont return for it to be fixed. Trouble started from a shampoo that did not go well, rough, no massage done by the stylist. She never even bothered to ask me if the water temp was ok. After being aggressively scrubbed, i had to tell her wow, thats too much! I walked in with asking for no length to be taken off, but add more layers and shorten my bangs. My husband described what I got as uneven strands of hair with haphazzard chunks removed. He jokingly made the remark that I looked better when i walked in than when i left this establishment. I cried. There are random strands of hair that hang lower than the rest of my hair. It is bad. Really bad. What was strange at the very end of the blow dry, she asked me several times if I was "okay". it raised a red flag. so i asked for a mirror to look at the back. She just stood there looking at my hair wide-eyed. My husband is going to even out the bottom tomorrow, bc of this hair cut I will lose approx 4 inches when my intention was to keep my hair long. My suggestion to the salon is to not allow walkins off the street to discuss with the stylist products, and future appointments. Honor the appt with the client as time reserved specifically for the client, not future clients. That happened, too. disappointed. lesson learned.

Well run salon, Jewel does a great job with color and cut. First stylist in a while that I've had who can actually cut hair.

I went to this place for a hair cut with Mary and she did a very good job. The second time I went for style, she told me she has me booked for just blow dry and she doesn't have time for curl (had specifically said style and curl when I made the appointment). She finally agreed to curl my hair and sent me to the shampoo girl who did a very quick and lousy job of washing my hair(she didn't condition my hair well and rinsed it hastily) Mary blow dried my hair first with a bit of attitude and then just curled a few pieces on top of my hair and left the rest of the hair Uncurled. The few curls that she did on top were almost gone by the time I reached home And I have the type of hair texture that keeps the curl till my next wash without even needing a hair spray. I came out of salon paying ninty some dollars for just a blow dry and supposedly a curl that I wasn't even happy with! Quite a disappointment:( A word of advice: don't ever underestimate your costumers thinking they don't notice things, THEY DO!
