Wow! I am difficult to impress & yet Laura succeeded in impressing me with her talent, professionalism & expertise. As a woman with very long hair, I am cautious about going to new hair stylists, but Laura is incredible. She took off exactly what we discussed & I had a perfectly executed cut in about 30 minutes.

I have recently started going to this salon. I saw Dawn three times now for cut and color!!  I AM SUPER HAPPY I FOUND HER. Super nice VERY EXPERIENCED dies a fantastic job! Does not take all day! My husband has gone as well and is JUST AS HAPOY WITH HER AS I AM!

Went into get my daughters haircut. It was supposed to be washed and dried. (Something you have to ask for when doing a child's haircut apparently) We got there early they took us right in. The woman did not wash my daughters hair instead she began brushing it and cutting it dry. She sprayed a tiny bit of water into her hair and cut some more. My daughter walked over about 20 mins later and was done. I asked the woman if there was a reason her hair wasn't washed and blown out and she said they didn't schedule her enough time to do that. We walked out and I notice obvious longer pieces of hair that didn't  match up with the rest of the haircut. So I went home and cut off the pieces that were not even. Overall I'm pretty bummed out that it seemed to be a careless appointment. I'm not sure if they just thought it's a child so it doesn't matter, but I was looking for a quality haircut and that's not what it was. It was a quick and poorly executed.

This salon is amazing!!!!! Brianna Cox is a hair whisperer. she saved my hair when another salon completely ruined it. I considered shaving my head it was so badly colored, I truly thought it was hopeless!!!! Mrs.Cox came in on her own time just to help me out with my color correction emergency, she worked very hard and LITERALLy preformed a miracle!!! I'm glad I didn't shave it!!lol I can't express in words how grateful I am for her insight, compassion and artistic talent! I know it sounds a lil crazy but I'm a tiny bit ok all this transpired because I got a chance to meet a truly gifted hairdresser that I hope to have for life lol! The atmosphere at the salon was amazing. Can't say enough about her and sheer perfection salon!

This review pertains ONLY to the electrolysis performed there. Rating the service of hair cutting I would rate higher--probably around three stars as a good average.

I had electrolysis performed by Doris at this location. If you're looking to go to her, I urge you to RECONSIDER. She was fast and her prices are much less than at other locations (for example she charges around 50 dollars for an hour rather than the 90 you'll find other places), but in my opinion it's so NOT worth it.

She doesn't use gloves, she works so fast that her ability to be gentle suffers (my skin was red and damaged for a week and her treatment prompted a breakout, which usually doesn't happen to me). She was coughing a lot during treatment and instead of washing her hands with soap and water she just used some hand sanitizer. Yuck????? I was worried she was going to infect me! I don't know if it's more than a coincidence that a week later I was bedridden with a killer sinus infection.

The worst part of my experience was that I'm fairly certain I was paying for her to tweeze me. I felt her tweeze every. single. hair. I even asked her about it, seeing as in all my other electrolysis experiences I rarely feel tweezing and I've heard if you are it's not working. In fact, Doris would use the needle ONCE and then I would feel her tweeze sometimes up to five or six hairs out that she obviously hadn't treated at all before using the needle again!

Service is fast and cheap but I would encourage anyone looking for electrolysis here to look elsewhere. It's performed in a dirty cluttered closet in the back of the salon, there isn't even a pillow on the table to rest your head on, and the sanitation is sketchy. On top of it all, I don't think successful thermolysis is even being performed.

If you want to pay 30 bucks for someone to tweeze you check it out. If not, stay far away. I won't be going back.
