i'm from connecticut and i was on a quick trip to nashua when i decided to get a spur of the moment hair cut. i was a bit nervous at first because i have never been to a cost cutters before and have only gotten my hair done at privately owned salons. the lady that cut my hair did an AMAZING job. she was extremely nice and it was obvious that she cared about her work. i received one of my favorite hair cuts i have ever gotten at this salon. i would totally drive the two hours to nashua just to get my hair cut here again :)
Extremely RUDE staff. Two employees, no people in the chair getting any services done. Waiting 5 minutes while employees gossiped and turned around - no smile, no eye contact... "it's gonna be a couple hours at least." I say ok, and we talk about making an appt but she never smiles, is short, absolutely NO customer service and just extremely rude! I couldn't believe it.
I walked away with my two little girls and said ... let's find somewhere else! Went down the street to a salon that had tons of employees, lots of customers and still were so happy and upbeat! Quoted me a 30 Minute wait and took us in 10 minutes. That's what I call customer service. Cost a few dollars more - but worth it! I will never give my hard earned money to rude people!
Love getting my hair done here. I go to Nancy and she is the greatest. The place is always so clean and you get such a friendly gretting when you walk in the doors.
This salon is wonderful. Tucked back in a shopping mall, it was less than busy on a Tuesday evening (after work)...we got right in. Nancy was amazing. She listened to what my child wanted, provided tips, suggested product and gave us advice for Tuesday deals and calling ahead reservations. We loved this salon and we love Nancy!!! We will highly recommend her and the salon!
